My Qualifications
- I have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam for my licensing, not grandfathered into the profession.
- I have passed NACHI’s Online Inspector Examination.
- I have completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics Obstacle Course.
- I have taken NACHI’s Standards of Practice Quiz.
- I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics.The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors
- I follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice.nachisopcoe
- I completed a 120 hour pre-licensing class.
- I fulfill 16 hours of continuing education every year.
2005: Attended the KREIA continuing education conference
2006: Attended the KREIA annual inspection conference
2007: Received continuing education from PLI
2008-2010: Attended continuing education at PLI - I own and use high-tech equipment such as a Sure Test meter.
